About the Role:
360 Painting of Naperville is looking for skilled and motivated painting crews to join our growing business in Naperville/St. Charles, IL!
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting projects
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Set up and break down job sites, including protecting furniture, floors, and landscaping
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers, sales, production and scheduling managers
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project
Requirements:
- Prior painting experience (interior and/or exterior)
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and at various heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
